This week’s guest is Assistant Dean for Student Academic Success Programs & Professor of Pharmaceutical Sciences at the  Notre Dame of Maryland University, Jim Culhane.

Tune in as Jim shares insights about how we learn, adapt and grow, and how to make our learning stick long-term. He offers practical advice taken from his time as a student, and member of our armed forces, while leaning in to what he’s learned from years of research on the topic. There were so many takeaways for us, and whether you are a current student, or life-long learner, there’s sure to be something in here for you, as well.
